Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through inbound calls, addressing inquiries with attentiveness and professionalism.
- Process customer interactions effectively, while identifying opportunities for additional sales of memberships and services.
- Educate customers about the various services and memberships available, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
- Utilize established sales techniques to convert inquiries into successful sales, focusing on enhancing conversion rates.
- Maintain and update membership records accurately, ensuring all necessary information is captured during calls.
- Carry out additional tasks as required to support the team and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a professional call center environment with a focus on sales is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are necessary.
- Basic computer skills and the capacity to learn internal software systems are crucial.
