Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle credit transactions and manage customer details, including all transactions
  • Deal with banks and credit companies, performing credit checks and speaking with representatives
  • Handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
  • Data Entry of customer information and manage customer details
  • Manage money, payment plans, and finances, including issuing receipts and refunds
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reports of all transactions
  • Maintain a tidy and professional workspace
  • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle questions, and complaints
  • Explain in detail all terms and conditions
  • Collect payments from delinquent accounts
Requirements
  • Spanish Speaking - Highly desirable
  • Highly efficient in dealing with banks and credit companies
  • Time management skills
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Trustworthy and confidentiality
  • Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel)
  • Professional appearance
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Passionate, quick thinker, attentive to detail, and an effective problem solver
  • Proven experience with collections
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Collections or finance experience 2 years
  • 3 years' experience working in customer service
  • 2 years' experience working in an office environment
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business
  • Experience with inventory control a huge plus
Work Environment

Office setting. You must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, use your hands and fingers, and lift 25lbs.
