Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Data Analyst to become a vital part of the Meridian Trust team. The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will play a crucial role in guiding business strategies by delivering comprehensive quantitative and qualitative data analysis, along with insightful reporting of trends and patterns to marketing leadership through various dashboards and reports.
Utilize business intelligence tools to dissect business challenges and opportunities, integrating data from both internal and external sources.
Operate with minimal oversight while leveraging a thorough understanding of business objectives to propose recommendations that significantly influence the attainment of marketing operational targets.
This position requires an advanced skill set and expertise in analytical procedures and techniques.Location:
This role is based in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $106,000.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3-6 years of experience in market research, data analysis, statistics, or a comparable field with proven proficiency.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data to narrate the performance of marketing campaigns in a visually engaging and clear manner.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools is essential.Experience in managing complex customer databases or software platforms is preferred.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service are critical.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Robust analytical, mathematical, and statistical capabilities; adept at extracting insights from intricate datasets and information sources.
Experience in evaluating marketing assets and data/analytical competencies.
Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and MCIF Software tools is advantageous.
Experience within the Credit Union or Banking sector is a plus.
