Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier & Front End Services Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
