We are seeking a talented and dedicated Certified Lead Teacher to join our team at National Enrichment Group. As a key member of our education department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing engaging and educational programs for children aged 3-5 years old.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to create and implement lesson plans that meet the unique needs of our students. You will also be responsible for supervising and managing the classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement daily and long-term lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Supervise and manage the classroom environment, maintaining a safe and healthy space for our children.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress reports and observation notes.
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement curriculum goals and objectives.
  • Meet with the Director on a regular basis to discuss program goals, student progress, and any concerns or issues.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Lead Teacher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ECE setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children, including those with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
