Job Summary

Analyze and answer requests from policyholders and internal personnel for information concerning insurance policies by performing the following duties:

Key Responsibilities
  • Client/Policy Services (50%): Provide daily service to and build relationships with clients by managing requests and attending meetings.
  • Renewal Marketing (30%): Prepare formal renewal presentations for groups with under $10,000 in revenue and no affiliation with a larger account.
  • Teamwork (10%): Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Determination (10%): Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervise 1-2 Client Associates, assigning and directing work to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements
  • At least seven years related insurance experience and/or training, preferably handling multi-line, large commercial accounts or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain such within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to obtain insurance designations as set forth by the organization's education plan.
Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, such as insurance policies. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or service issues from company personnel and/or clients. Ability to speak and represent the company effectively before groups of customers.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
