Job Title: Water West Asset Management Lead

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Water West Asset Management Lead to join our National Asset Management practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the development of asset management programs across the states of Texas, Arizona, and California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance of Gap Analyses and the creation of Asset Management Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans that align with industry standards and current regulatory requirements.
  • Work directly with clients to determine needs and provide solutions to asset management challenges by applying industry leading tools and frameworks.
  • Lead teams in the preparation of winning proposals and successful presentations.
  • Supervise and support the work of others and mentor junior level engineers, asset management consultants, and other technical staff.
  • Guide analyses on large utility datasets such as GIS, CMMS, condition inspection databases, capacity assessment/hydraulic modeling, etc.
Requirements:
  • 15 years of consulting experience with an environmental engineering or management consulting firm or equivalent experience with a municipal utility.
  • B.S. in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Management.
  • IAM Certification.
  • Experience implementing asset management programs in the water industry.
