Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of water remediation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise crews of environmental technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a safe and productive work environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of water treatment systems, construction techniques, plumbing, and mechanical assembly. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all personnel are trained and equipped to work safely.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the environmental remediation industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of water treatment systems, construction techniques, plumbing, and mechanical assembly.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
