This role involves leading crews of technicians, managing project execution, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in water treatment systems, construction, plumbing, and mechanical assembly.
Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of water remediation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise crews of environmental technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a safe and productive work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of water treatment systems, construction techniques, plumbing, and mechanical assembly. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all personnel are trained and equipped to work safely.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the environmental remediation industry.
- Extensive knowledge of water treatment systems, construction techniques, plumbing, and mechanical assembly.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
