Position Overview

The selected Contractor will engage a Facilities Operations Manager tasked with overseeing daily facility management across all aspects of the contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all trades as outlined in PWS Section 8.0.
  • Exhibit proven experience in coordinating and managing teams across various trades.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, regarding facility operations activities.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • The Facilities Operations Manager should hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess at least 10 years of experience in a comparable role managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Certification in Facilities Management from a recognized industry body is preferred.
