Job Title: Office Manager

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee branch administration duties and operations in Chandler, AZ. This role is responsible for managing contract compliance, supervising administrative staff, and maintaining contract files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract compliance and ensure timely billing to contractors on multiple construction projects.
  • Supervise and coach administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Create and maintain contract files in both paper and electronic format.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Generate month-end reports for review by Branch Manager and Regional Controller.
  • Verify cost coding and general accuracy for the Job Cost Ledger and Contracts in Progress.
  • Provide back-up support for purchasing, accounts payable, and payroll operations.
  • Assist and support General Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of office experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices and functions.
