Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Proexec Consulting Inc. in the United States. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all stages of our production processes, from incoming to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials from suppliers.
  • Ensure materials meet required specifications and standards.
  • Document and report non-conformances and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the quality of in-process manufacturing to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues during production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Specific experience relevant to the role applied for (e.g., IQC, PQE, SQE, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Must be able to train in China for the first six months.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949/VDA quality system.
  • Experience in the new energy or automotive battery sectors.
