    • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all materials are available when needed.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
    • Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and improve processes.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and provide feedback.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve employee performance and address any areas of concern.
Requirements
  • 4-year College Degree or equivalent work experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in a production or operations role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in production control systems and inventory management.
