Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage client accounting projects and assignments.
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices to standardize accounting processes.
  • Foster relationships with clients to deliver exceptional training, consulting, and expertise.
  • Supervise the preparation of sales tax submissions.
  • Review and present quarterly deliverables to clients, including tailored analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting reports.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate financial reports or statements.
  • Support in managing, training, and mentoring staff to enhance efficiency and promote professional growth.
  • Delegate and manage workflow to ensure accurate and timely completion of client accounting tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a mix of public and private sector experience preferred.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a talent for building strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel management capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Environment

Working Hours: Availability during core hours of 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST is required. Outside of these hours, team members have the flexibility to manage their own schedules. Fridays are mandatory, but your time is flexible.

Up to 50 hours during peak season with no excessive busy seasonal hours.

Preference for candidates in PST and MT time zones, with consideration for CST time zone.
