O&M and Customer Support Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled O&M and Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier I-III customer inquiries, executing proper documentation on troubleshooting requirements to provide assistance to the O&M team.
- Execute hardware installations for end-user equipment and networking equipment, ensuring proper configuration, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Execute basic cable installations and repairs for both copper and fiber cabling.
- Work closely with a team of engineers to provide high-quality, innovative system administration services to the Government customer while assisting in Systems Administrator tasks, as the mission requires.
- Execute data transfer requests as requested for various customers in collaboration with other team members.
- Effectively and professionally interface directly with Government customers as tasking requires.
- Execute basic inventory management and perform active asset control best practices.
Requirements:
- Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 8 years of general experience; Master's degree and 6 years of general experience.
- Must have 7 years' experience working directly with MDA users, utilizing cable data sheets and asset management.
- Must have 1 year of experience in management or leadership roles.
- Must have current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
- Must have a current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.
Desired Requirements:
- Have experience with Visio, Specific experience with networking drawings is a plus.
- Have DoD networking experience with classified data networks and strong grasp of red/black concepts and IA compliance.
- Have experience supporting enterprise web services (EWS) clients in their suites.
- Experience utilizing the IRES developed Remedy application.
- Experience in network monitoring.

Our team at Jacobs offers a competitive salary range of $104,000 - $129,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
