Senior Account Executive

NYC Alliance Company LLC is a leading player in the fashion industry, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retailers, specifically focusing on woven tops in the off-price market segment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management within the fashion industry, specifically in the off-price market. We offer a competitive compensation package of $130,000 per year, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, retirement savings plan match, and summer Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer demands to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to develop and deliver tailored product offerings
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with retail partners
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote products and build brand awareness
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management in the fashion industry
  • Experience specifically in the off-price market segment, with a focus on woven tops
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
