Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Specialist to join our team at Elevance Health. As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and ensuring accuracy of reports on operational data and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts research required to verify report accuracy.
  • Manipulates and enters data to prepare required reports.
  • Ensures relevance and accuracy of reporting.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills

  • Written and oral communication skills strongly preferred.
  • Good PC office software and keyboard skills strongly preferred.
  • 1-2 years claims processing experience preferred.
  • 1 year experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Work Environment

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
