Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and ensuring the accuracy of reports on operational data and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to verify report accuracy and manipulate data to prepare required reports.

Ensure the relevance and accuracy of reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience, or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Proficiency in PC office software and keyboard skills, with experience in claims processing and the healthcare industry a plus.

Hybrid Workforce Strategy

Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
