Job Overview

Salary & Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $95,000 to $130,000, including a base salary of $85,000 to $90,000 and profit shares of $10,000 to $40,000. A sign-on bonus is also available depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description
As a Clinical Director, you will have a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with management responsibilities. You will treat patients, shape the clinic's direction, and participate in leadership training. The clinic offers immediate profit sharing and opportunities for ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treat patients and provide direct care.
  • Manage the clinic and make strategic decisions.
  • Participate in leadership training and development.

Requirements
  • Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
  • 2+ years of experience as an outpatient PT.
  • Passion for managing a clinic.
  • Interest in community and professional marketing.
