Digital Solutions Architect

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Capability Lead - Direct Digital to join our team at Brickred Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of future state technology solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide subject matter expertise for future state technical solution design for direct digital capabilities.
- Work closely with business users to understand business needs and contribute to overall design.
- Document and provide subject matter expertise for enabling data and technical requirements for technical design and data definition specifications.
- Partner with business capability process experts to assist in evaluating solution options and ensuring solution design meets intended business needs.
- Collaborate with the team during the PI to deliver value in 2-week agile sprints.
- Ensure seamless handoffs to operations/production support.
- Validate and recommend acceptance of business process design and requirements.
- Perform integration configuration and development.
- Develop and document quality management (QM) testing support for all configuration changes and custom enhancements.
**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of direct digital applications, systems, and master data.
- Knowledge of system integration technologies (i.e., Fusion and/or Informatica, Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP programming, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Flexibility, accountability, and a demonstrated desire for continuous personal growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area or 5+ years of experience in digital applications, processes, and master data.
