Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DME Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing our medical supply chain, ensuring seamless delivery of DME products to our clients. Your expertise in inventory management, ordering, and stocking will be essential in maintaining efficient operations and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the tracking of all DME products, including on-site training at various locations as necessary.
  • Provide education and training to DME/Service Lines staff on proper handling and management of DME products.
  • Evaluate and improve inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with practice coordinators for pre-authorization requirements and ensure staff education on PA procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for billing purposes, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A BS/BA degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in materials management functions, including inventory, ordering, and accounts payable.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Benefits

The Goodkind Group offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, and generous PTO.
