Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to lead our Water & Wastewater team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and internal design teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with equivalent work experience and professional registration (P.E.) in North Carolina, and/or one or more states in which Timmons Group conducts business.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering related to Water/Wastewater or Infrastructure markets.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant office software, modeling, and CADD technology.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
