**Job Summary**

The Maintenance Support Manager - Equipment Optimization will play a critical role in ensuring the timeliness and quality of maintenance services for our fleet. This position will work closely with service center personnel, vendors, and manufacturers to optimize equipment maintenance and repair processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service center personnel and vendors to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across company locations to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Manage maintenance-related vendor support and services
  • Monitor maintenance work orders, data, records, and costs to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with warranty claims and special projects as needed
  • Travel as required to perform duties and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
