Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage resident care plans to ensure dignity and respect for all residents.
  • Assist residents in achieving independence and self-sufficiency through effective care coordination.
  • Supervise and support staff in providing direct care to residents, ensuring excellent service and care standards.

  • Monitor and report on resident care, including vital signs, weights, and medication administration.

Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Michigan.
  • Proof of training in TB testing and medication administration.
  • Leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and support staff.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
  • Emotional stability to handle resident care needs, including chronic illness, challenging behaviors, and dementia-related issues.
