We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team at Piedmont Newton Hospital. As a PACU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our PACU, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care to patients recovering from surgery
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes or concerns
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting
  • Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
