Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to patients in the PACU, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and services.
- Participate in quality initiatives, such as pain assessment and reassessment, pressure ulcer prevention, and infection prevention strategies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
