Job Title: Solutions Architect

About the Role:

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end IT solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect IT solutions that meet business and technical requirements, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define project requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry regulations and standards, particularly those relevant to healthcare.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and on-premise systems.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and data security requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
