Job Summary
Vighter is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (Med/Surg) to join our team at St Marys Regional Medical Center--Maine. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices in Med/Surg nursing.
Requirements
- Current Maine license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Med/Surg)
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as needed
