Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, tracking I9 forms, and maintaining various group email rosters.
  • Assist in the review of project detail reports, making corrections as needed.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and submitting service tickets for repairs.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including meal catering and room setup.
  • Assist with payroll and month-end close processes.
  • Coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
  • Maintain contact lists and calendars in Outlook.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in construction work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
