We are seeking a highly motivated sales and baking specialist to join our team at Cinnaholic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing products, and maintaining a clean environment.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for baking and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Prepare product and prioritize bakery needs for daily operational excellence.
- Operate commercial mixer and baking equipment, following detailed procedures and precise recipes.
- Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly attitude and team player who is able to work well with others.
