The cost analysis role is integral to the project team, collaborating closely with the project manager while also engaging with vendors, subcontractors, and other team members. Future projects may offer opportunities across various levels of Cost Analyst roles.

Note: These positions are on-site or hybrid and do not support sponsorship or C2C employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, analysis, and forecasting of project costs related to mechanical, electrical, equipment, and construction activities. Contracts are generally structured as lump sum.
  • Support the project manager assigned to each component, while primarily liaising with the client project manager responsible for the overall initiative. Assistance will also be needed in gathering data for various project components.
  • Manage invoice processing and organization, acting as the project account administrator.
  • Oversee all incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper attachment to the relevant project.
