About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Gesa Credit Union. As a key member of our Facilities Department, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of diverse Facility Infrastructure improvements and Capital Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy new equipment, materials, technology, and services across all facets of the construction process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and permitting to completion.
  • Prepare and execute project plans, review project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project goals.
  • Define and document project scope, goals, tasks, required resources, and schedules.
  • Develop and monitor the annual Construction Services budget.
  • Understand construction cost accounting and maintain accurate project accounts and ledgers.
  • Prepare project reports for upper-level management review.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and facilitate project meetings.
  • Assist with procurement-related tasks, including quote requests, material distribution, and contract awards.
  • Manage and implement project changes through established change control processes.
Requirements
  • Eight plus years of proven commercial Construction Project Management experience.
  • Four-year college degree with emphasis in Construction Management, Project Management, or Cost Accounting, or equivalent years of direct experience and training.
  • Experience with cost estimating, budget creation, contracts, purchase orders, job cost accounting, and other documentation associated with procurement and project management.
  • Working knowledge of CAD or other computer drafting software tools and Construction Scheduling Software.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and conflict management skills.
  • Effective people skills to deal with a range of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple large complex projects simultaneously.
