Talent Management Performance Consultant

The Talent Management Performance Consultant plays a critical role in driving organizational success by overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of programs that maximize the use of human capital. This position leads projects to identify and drive industry best practices in talent management and development, ensuring that skilled workers are retained, developed, and advanced through their careers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee quantitative and qualitative analysis on talent management programs to understand key trends and provide recommendations for program and process improvement.
- Develop and implement talent review and succession planning strategies to ensure the ongoing availability of skilled employees.
- Define consistent and relevant talent management and organization development success criteria, metrics, and reporting dashboards to ensure program efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Review performance measurement systems to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage and monitor talent management program costs and effectiveness to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee organizational design and company culture to identify areas of opportunity and implement change.
- Develop and present reports to senior leadership on the adoption and performance of talent management and organization capability programs.
- Coach and delegate projects and work to other Talent Management professionals.
- University degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience required; 7+ years preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience implementing and managing the entire performance cycle, including goal setting, self-assessments, talent assessments, succession planning, and performance reviews.
- Experience maintaining and improving organizational performance systems, including change management and enterprise-wide system adoption.
- Experience recommending and selecting performance evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to write and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Banking industry experience.
- Experience with hybrid work arrangements.
