**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Health and Developmental Services Associate to join our team at Southwest Human Development Inc. This role will provide administrative support, including answering phones, customer service, and verifying medical insurance eligibility.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of billing/medical insurance experience, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and families
  • Verifying medical insurance eligibility and obtaining insurance benefits for clients
  • Assisting with Pre-Authorizations (PAs) for clients' insurance benefit levels
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to facilitate timely completion of tasks

**Benefits Package:

  • Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
