Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen and broaden client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building activities
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and implement process improvements
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Stay up-to-date on current and new office technology and provide training and support to colleagues as needed
  • Participate in the annual business planning process and assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
