Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality enrichment programs to children, developing and coaching a team of educators, and working closely with school staff to enhance the instructional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery: Deliver high-quality enrichment programs to children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum.
- Team Development: Develop and coach a team of educators who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
- Collaboration with School Staff: Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience and ensure that our programs align with the school's mission and goals.
- Community Engagement: Participate in local community events to instill the Right At School footprint and promote our programs.

- Experience: 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13 in a center-based facility; 1 year of supervisory experience required.
- Skills: Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills; strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model positive discipline; ability to work well in a team environment; passion for inspiring a love of learning and engaging children in learning activities.
- Certifications: Ability to complete requirements, including LIVE Scan fingerprinting, mandated reporter training, health certificate, and CPR/F certification.
