About the Role

FCS, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Crisis Stabilization Unit in California. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and collaborating with clinicians, psychiatric prescribers, nursing staff, and peer specialists to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the complex needs of patients
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare administration, psychology, social work)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of success in program development and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
