As a Memory Care Support Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting residents within our Memory Care Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate and consistent companionship to residents.
- Offering assistance and encouragement to promote independence in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Facilitating and leading both individual and group activities to engage residents.
- Assisting residents during mealtimes and managing basic housekeeping tasks within the memory care area.
- Addressing resident, family, and employee concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills are required, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A compassionate, kind, and engaging demeanor is essential.
