Medical Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Williamsburg, VA. As a skilled medical care professional, you will provide personalized care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings ranging from skilled nursing facilities to assisted living, independent living, group homes, and private homes.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs, examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
- You will collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care.
- Ensuring patient medical records are kept up to date is also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and active state Nurse Practitioners license are required.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification and active state DEA licensure are also necessary.
- Prior experience as a nurse practitioner, strong interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- USD $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year based on performance.
