Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive fast, friendly, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire Front End operation, including customer checkout, bottle return, cleaning, and parking lot maintenance.
  • Ensure all Front End policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in communicating company programs to Front End associates.
  • Train and supervise cashiers, bottle associates, and service clerks.
  • Schedule associates and perform administrative tasks.
  • Maintain cashier controls and security in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure cash controls and over/short policies are adhered to.
  • Manage Front End expenses, including payroll, cashier over/shorts, and other related costs.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient customer orders, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic literacy and computer skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Exposure to cold and hot environments.
  • Bending, walking, standing, and squatting for extended periods.
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 250 pounds.
Equipment Used
  • Phone.
  • Computer applications.
  • Calculator.
  • Register.
  • Cleaning tools and equipment.
