Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team at Meadows Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and document consumer and commercial loans in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Utilize knowledge and experience with LaserPro to ensure accurate and efficient loan documentation.
- Collaborate with loan servicing team to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of banking experience, in conjunction with two (2) years of loan document preparation experience.
- Knowledge and experience with LaserPro.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Loan servicing experience.
