Job Summary:

  • This role involves overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple Cabling Managers, developing project plans, and monitoring labor and material costs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Cabling Managers on different projects or one large program, ensuring quality, safety, and documentation standards are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of a project, including contract agreements and negotiations with subcontractors or minority vendors.
  • Monitor project finances, ensuring P&L margins meet or exceed estimates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field, with a master's degree equivalent to 6 years of experience.
  • A thorough working knowledge of reading RFPs, blueprints, specifications, contractual language, and project scheduling (Microsoft Project) and system documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, based on location and experience.
