Project Manager Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Oversight Specialist to manage complex development and construction projects. This role involves direct collaboration with senior partners and managing projects across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycles: acquisition, entitlement, design, financing, construction, turnover, and stabilization
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and value engineering processes
  • Facilitate due diligence for new building acquisitions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience
