Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and uphold comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures to support various departments.
• Serve as the main contact for health and safety inquiries from employees, visitors, and contractors.

• Stay informed about HSE legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Communicate positive health and safety performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.
• Introduce innovative ideas while maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Support HR with occupational health issues and risk assessments.
• Promote equality and inclusion within the workplace, fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications and Experience:
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Proven experience in managing health and safety for large, multi-site operations.
• Extensive experience in crowd safety management and overseeing large-scale events.
• Strong understanding of data protection legislation and relevant health and safety systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
