Position: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview:
  • Act as a technical authority supporting internal engineering and production teams throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Leverage expertise in component, tooling, and process design across diverse manufacturing techniques.
  • Ensure vendors meet performance and quality standards during the production phase.
  • Facilitate DFx initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams, informed by vendor insights.
  • Engage with contract manufacturing engineers and sustaining engineering teams to enhance production efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives for troubleshooting in manufacturing processes and new product launches.
  • Contribute innovative solutions aimed at product enhancement.
  • Support the development and implementation of product testing aligned with optimization objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in a comparable setting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product manufacturing, tooling design, or similar fields.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Expertise in PCBA Design software and 3D modeling applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to navigate shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management software.
Physical Requirements: This position entails frequent computer-based tasks necessitating close vision and occasional travel. The individual must be capable of standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
