Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Services Intern to assist our Project Controls team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This full-time position offers an exciting chance to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings and gain valuable industry insights.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with office support tasks, including meeting minutes, tracking logs, and department deliverables.
  • Attend project meetings, observing interactions between internal and external teams.
  • Observe on-site material testing and participate in basic shop drawing reviews to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Conduct research and data collection to inform decision-making processes.
  • Review construction drawings and materials, providing feedback as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary construction services program.
  • Possession of 2 years of post-secondary construction services program completion is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additional benefits include access to professional development opportunities, comprehensive health insurance, and paid time off.
