Resident Care Associate

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is a vital member of our care team, responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and under the direction of supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
- Support all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights.
- Regularly check on residents who are unable to call for help.
- Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned.
- Maintain open communication with Nurse Supervisors/Charge Nurses to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
- Provide exceptional customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
- Assist clinical staff in making residents comfortable, such as checking sitting positions, hydration, and passing.
- Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
