Job Title: Assistant Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team at Global IID Parent LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field personnel and contract partners, supporting and troubleshooting with field personnel inquiries, and conducting quality assurance inspections of all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage field personnel and contract partners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Support and troubleshoot with field personnel inquiries to resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections of all facilities to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees.
  • Ability to think independently and work through service challenges consistently.
  • Sell and train new contractor facilities, maintaining and growing the service network.
  • Support of internal departments and personnel, assisting at any opportunity presented.
  • Timely submission of required reports and expenses.
  • Directs, coordinates and participates in corporate initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Correspondence with management when challenges are presented.
  • Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records.
  • Adherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and statute.
  • Availability to take after-hours and weekend calls.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • 3 years experience within the organization as a Service Technician.
  • Area Service Manager Test: >90% Score.
  • MECP: Advanced Installation Technician.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess excellent telephone skills.
  • Detail orientated.

Overtime is limited but required occasionally, and continuous interruptions require flexibility and a willingness to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
