We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Jefferson Health. Key Responsibilities- Monitor up to fifteen patients on one screen at all times while on duty.
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff and respond quickly to patient behavioral changes.
- Document patients' behavior throughout the entire scheduled shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with obtaining vital signs, blood glucose, phlebotomy, EKG, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Certification preferred (patient care technician, nurse assistant, medical assistant).
- Behavioral health sciences interest or related areas preferred.
