JOB SUMMARY:
The Case Manager plays a vital role in delivering case management services to individuals participating in the CSBG Self-Sufficiency Program.

This position is dedicated to guiding clients towards achieving their long-term objectives and surpassing the poverty threshold established by the Federal Government, ultimately attaining and sustaining self-sufficiency.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bilingual/Spanish speaker preferred.
- Ability to operate independently without continuous oversight.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capacity to engage with diverse community members, particularly those from low-income backgrounds.
- Proficient typing skills and computer literacy.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Applicants should possess at least an Associate degree in a Human Services discipline along with a minimum of one year of experience in the human services sector. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
