Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and dispatch field service teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technicians, promoting a culture of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement long-range plans and budgets to grow the service business.
  • Oversee technician productivity and performance, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback.
  • Collaborate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2-4 year college degree in business or 2 years experience in a service-related setting.
  • Caterpillar Heavy Equipment experience is necessary.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office and other business software.
